Smelly Tofu = Tahu Gejrot

Found interesting food at Bugis Food Festival. Bugis Food Fair have their own theme, which mostly the food from Taiwan. They are bringging the Taiwan atmosphere by offering certain kind of Taiwan Street food, such as, Oyster mee sua, crispy chicken, ice mango, SMELLY TOUFU , etc.

my nose just keep smelling the smell of the tofu. Firstly, before i knw there got SMELLY tofu stall, i thot got someone, kiddo or baby vomit and become smelly.... but i am wrong. The smell was come from the SMELLY tofu stall.... the aunty fried the tofu.... haha but when i getting near the stall, i found the smell become so nice. Its remain me of TAHU GEJROT from my hometown. haha... feel want to buy it.. yap2 after thinking to buy or not, ( cz i just have my OKONOMIYAKI--bought from the bugis food fest also)

okonomiyaki... everytime there is food fest... i will buy this one.... it is contain of egg, CRABSTICK OR SALMON OR CHIKEN HAM, cabbage and flour... dressing with ketchup mayo and fish flakes... OISHIIIIII ....( for those who have gastric avoid eat this ones, haha kiddin.... AVOID IF.....u havent eat anything since morning and just straight away eat this.....u must eat at least sumthin 1st, before u eat okonomiyaki, or later ur gastric will make u VOMIT!!! ------> MY OWN EXPERIENCE) haha

BACK ........ ABOUT smelly tofu...... so,i just buy it lha..... i think should be nice.. haha

I decide to take away the SMELLY TOFU to eat at home.... hua.. i can smell the tofu... haha.. my whole body smelly lha.. my hair .... haha...smelly tofu....

u see.. it's finishhhhhhhh by me and myself.. hohohoho really nice.. i like it... I like the smelly smelly food... except DURIAN.. HAHAHA weird rite.. i can eat petai (SATOR) , OR JENGKOL, i think no one knws, except their INDONESIAN... HAHAHA..

talking about SMELLY TOFU, remained me of TAHU GEJROT from my hometown. Actually the cause of the smell is because the use or tofu which seasoned and keep it from few weeks( I THINK??? not sure also) and also because they use garlic or onion to make the sauce...beside kind of brown sugar and chili padi..TAHU GEJROT originated from Cirebon ,Indonesia( if i'm not wrong) its super delicious.... for those who dunt like garlic or onion ir spicy u can just ask the seller to put the brown sugar sauce.. but i think its not as tastied as if u put GARLIC. HAHA... it is the main point!!!! GARLIC...

So?? Visit Indonesia.. and try this Indo Smelly Tofu AKA Taiwan Smelly Doufu....

oh ya... i will not ever and never eat this food again......

the pic taken from some web, cz im lazy to take the pic of the one i EAT!!!! noooo mood... haha.. thot its like ROJAK, or other THAI mango that got brown sugar.. and sweet.... huaaaa.... its not nice..so plain and weird and i thinkkkk hmmm just WEIRD....:(

actually i think it will be nice if eat with hot RICE.. or maybe put together with fried rice. i got buy this salad mango, and i think i will re-cooked this salad mango, with rice, and become mango fried rice... stay tuned .. i will updated this SALAD MANGO FRIED RICE... HAHAHA

ps: tmr will go to bugis again with noni leena and priska.. ( maybe)...i think i will buy this smeelly tofu again.. hahaha.....

ps3: actually last night got dream so weird..... like FEAR Factor....hua.. so scary.. flying through something.... ocean...hua.. forget.. but scary...
