Found this malay indon restaurant nearby my place... Hajah Maemunah restaurant, is a such nice restaurant. Even the place not so big.. but i found quite fit for a lot of people. customer will go and come.... so it's make the place not so crowded.

The service on ths resto was also good. after we picked out our meal...( its self service) then we willdirectly go to the cashier to make purchase... and one of the staff will bring our food to our table.

What i can describe about all the food is

for eyes it will be so tempting... u see the display of the food.. u feel want to try all hahaha ur eyes will keep blinking and starring all the food... lol when u eat the food.. WOW..... its like the flavour burst into ur mouth. U can feel the taste spread out to each side of ur mouth..Everytime i dig my rice... (OMG.... i dunno why i can eat rice..... ya... if u eat this kind of malay food better u use rice... cz the one who make delicous is the gravy.. haha i knw its fatteningbut once a while its okay.. hahaha) back to when i dig my rice, i just keep want to feed my mouth again and again..... i just feel so high....0>O hahhahaha high.. because i feel OHH... finally i found this resto.. hahahhaha somemore its neaby my place.. arhh i just loved it... im so sorry if my description sound too hiperbolic... but it was true... hahaha

ITS TREMENDOUSLY DELICIOUS...

This is Bakwan... is like fried veggie with flour... taste so nice.. taste so indon... i just cannt resist to eat more and more.. oh no... im fat!!! it cost s$ 0.50 wow.. so cheap!!!

Nyotnyot cost s$3.00

when i want to order this one, i told the kakak

me: kak, itu masih ada nenek? ( kak, is there any grandma?")

kakak: huh? nenek?

me: somethin like snail... that we must suck it up when eat...

kakak: ohh hualah... that one is NYONYOT!!!! OR CUCUK....

ME: HUH? hahahhaha NYOTNYOT?


i think i knw why they called it NYOT NYOT, cz we suck it up when eating.. and the sound is nyotnyotnyotnyot .. hahahha

i' m pro if eat this kind of things... ok.. the taste is like.. a bit sticky... like jelly.. hahahhaha i think for those who see the inside of this nyotnyot will refuse to eat. i remembered, if my dad cooked this one, he will use XO cognac... its not in curry like this. and because i am so lazy.. and feel so tiring eat this one..( cz i want eat the soup also.. haha) i will just suck all this shell and spilled out again until all is the flesh... then i will eat it.... i dunno u all can imagine or not, but the important thing is.. when i suck it, i never swallow it, i just put in the bowl and wait till many.. then put the soup.. hahaha

Stefi meal is also veggie... she told me that she want to choose all that showed on the display. hahaha

Overallll, i was only eat veggie.. cz i dunt like all those meat... all those instestine or whatsoever...
my dishes got

@ Urap( Tauge, long bean, and hmmm i dunno another veggie is called what but in indon they called it KECIPIR( ITS GOOD FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND CHOLESTEROL) and the gravy is coconut flakes, its sweet and tasty... plz noted.. all that is RAW!)

@ ACAR( cucumber, carrot , Onion with chilli and vinegar... hmm so fresh and nice)

@ sambal tofu and tempe

@ gulai daun singkong or i think in english they called tapioca leaves with green curry haha its really so nice......





See the tea pot there... i thot is for wash hand... cz many ppl rite there eat using their hand... OW.. i want to use hand also like when i am in Indon.... but i think... not in Singapore.. the feeling not nice... i think my thought if that tea pot for wash hand is the stupid thinking... haha the tea pot actually is for refill... the ice water there...and its freee.. Wohoooo...... so nice isn't it? i just loved this place too much i think....

all cost us only s$8.80 haha not includng the nyotnyot and bakwan...

So.. just give it a try to this restaurant....... its HALAL.... no pork no lard.. hahaha ya.. nowadays ppl scared to eat pig because of the swine flu... ( lucky.. i seldom take pork.... i feel a bit smelly.. no offence for those who like pork ok? i knw they said it is nice.. but not for me...hehe)
